These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of abcaihub.com and the products offered by ABC AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ABC AI Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), including Meztli.ai and Chalkastra.ai (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features of the Services allow you to connect third-party accounts or data sources (for example, email, messaging, spreadsheet, or, where explicitly enabled, financial account connections via providers such as Plaid). Your use of such third-party integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

You retain ownership of any documents, data, or content you upload to or connect through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Services may generate insights, summaries, or recommendations using artificial intelligence. Such output may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABC AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
