Security at ABC AI Hub
Our products connect sensitive business systems — including bank accounts through Plaid. Here is how we protect that data.
Encryption everywhere
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest — including financial data connected via Plaid in Meztli.ai — is encrypted using our infrastructure providers' built-in encryption.
Role-based access
Access is scoped by role and enforced on every request. Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's data.
Read-only financial access
Where a product connects to a bank account through Plaid, access is read-only — there is no ability to initiate a transfer, payment, or any movement of funds.
Least-privilege infrastructure
Production systems are accessible only to named, individually authenticated accounts with multi-factor authentication required — never shared logins.
Defined data retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our products. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Ongoing review
Our security policy and practices are reviewed at least annually, and whenever we make a material change to our infrastructure or the third-party services we rely on.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in one of our products, please email security@abcaihub.com with details. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly.
